This is a weekly stop for me and my girlfriend. We get the Americano with a shot of hazelnut and the Relay breakfast sandwich. It’s ALWAYS top notch and the service is always top notch. Friendly staff and great place for a stop. We had an issue on the weekend where I believe that someone else had taken one of the sweets I apparently ordered (which I don’t think I did haha) and I don’t really remember what happened it was very odd however 2 members of the staff apologized which they really didn’t need to, and offered me a free coffee card. I’m thankful and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go for coffee. I should have taken the names of the staff offered to help as they (as always) were incredible and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else in Hamilton for coffee or sweets.

i’m a Relay regular. never have I ever had a negative experience here, with my drink or with the service. every person who works here is absolutely lovely and so well trained, even when the line-ups are long they are giving you fast service with a smile. they are always helpful. again, i’ve never ever had a bad drink experience here. everything i’ve ever gotten has been incredible, and they make such a good, consistent matcha. their syrups are to die for and their treats are made fresh with lots of love. i love the stamp card opportunity they have since i come here so often. i’ve brought so many people to this place because i love it so so much!! never change Relay! i love u guys!

Great cafe with amazing coffee! Got the flat white and it was perfect. The interior is really cozy and the staff were super nice. Also tried the jalapeno popper waffle sandwich and it was unreal. Nothing could have prepared me for the flavors that blessed my tastebuds on the first bite. Definitely will be back to try everything else on the menu.

Great coffee shop on King William with many delicious baked goods, all of which are made on-site. The staff are very, very friendly and take great pride in their service. Bonus points for having late hours and hosting a number of community groups in the evening.

Cutest cafe with decent wifi and good seating for studying, working, or just enjoying your drink! Some outlets are available. The everything bagel biscuit is delicious and the staff are lovely. They also have a punch card that builds up to a free drink (after 12 visits, I believe). Also a very convenient location. Would recommend!

Our kids downtown have made this their regular go-to for coffee and a baked good. They treated us to coffee this past Sunday, and I can sure understand why they enjoy it so much. Even though spacious, it feels cozy, with separate spaces for sitting at tables or on comfy couches and chairs. Excellent coffee and the baked goods are terrific. Based on the other customers' orders, I think the waffles must be delicious - they were flying out of the kitchen! Sure to become a regular stop.

It’s one of the top rated coffee spot in Hamilton and I understand why. Very nice staff, good atmosphere (natural light, comfy seats) and they have the BEST playlist! I can’t stress that enough, the BEST! Bobbed my head to the songs my entire time there. Drinks and food are top notch. The cheddar and bacon biscuit is delicious! The waffle too. Also, the price point is quite good (especially for the waffle!) Technically there’s a 75 minutes limit on the wifi but they seem quite nice about it. (I’m not offended at all about that rule as it’s pretty common for places popular with remote workers, it’s kinda common courtesy to not hog the space when it’s busy and not nurse the same drink for hours) They’re open late (9pm) which is great because a lot of places close super early around here. Will definitely be back!
